  • Your parcel may display the supplier’s business name on the shipping label
  • Packaging may vary depending on the supplier’s fulfilment process

  • All products are carefully selected and quality-checked
  • Your purchase is fully supported by TG Online Store
  • We remain your main point of contact throughout your order journey

Even if another company name appears on the parcel:

  • We remain fully responsible for customer support, delivery queries, and after-sales care
